Today sanctuary city representatives buy tax foreclosures at rock bottom prices than use them as rental properties. Government agencies are already in place to use tax dollars to pay landlords directly for inflated rents. Immigrants are placed in those rental properties. After covid, governments control all businesses. Governments determine which businesses can open and which are closed.
