USA Trivia Question #13

What poem do these lines come from:

“We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved . . .”

Yes, a rare non-presidential question. But it was inspired by the lines “They are, most important of all, human beings whom other human beings loved and needed” from the last question. And anyways, not every question has to do with Presidents. 🙂
